Shipping Policy:

For orders placed on shop.trendtexfabrics.com, the following shipping policies apply:

Eligible Addresses

TrendTex will only ship to Canadian mailing addresses on behalf of our partnered retailers.  We do not ship to any address outside of Canada.

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped via Canada Post or United Parcel Service (UPS).  Per Canada Post’s shipping options, Lettermail™ is used for all orders under 500 g (17.6 oz) and/or 20 mm (0.8 inch) thickness.  All orders that exceed 500 g (17.6 oz) and/or 20 mm (0.8 inch) thickness are shipped via Canada Post parcel or UPS parcel.

Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping is detailed as follows: 

Order Processing Time 

Your order will be processed upon receipt.  Our goal is to have your order shipped in 1 – 2 business days.

Shipping Times Within Canada

The delivery standard for regular Lettermail™ sent within Canada is:

  • Two business days for local mail
  • Three business days within the province
  • Four days for national mail

The delivery standard for regular parcels sent within Canada via Canada Post or UPS is:

  • 2 – 6 Business Days, depending on location in Canada

These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can impact delivery times.  Shipping to remote locations within Canada can further delay your expected shipping time.

Tracking Your Shipment

TrendTex’s ordering system will automatically email you tracking information (to the email address provided at time of placing your order) so you can easily check your shipping status online.  You can also access your personalized link to be notified immediately when items are shipped and delivered.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

TrendTex is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

Hold Parcels

TrendTex will not hold shipments or schedule future shipment dates.

Return Policy:

Trend-Tex Fabrics Inc. (“TrendTex”) has partnered with local quilting stores across Canada! TrendTex is facilitating an online sale between you and your favourite Canadian quilting and sewing store on shop.trendtexfabrics.com (the “Website”).

Due to the nature of fabric being sized and cut to your specifications on your online order, all product sold on our Website is considered final sale unless you are shipped the wrong item due to a TrendTex fulfillment error. This is only if TrendTex, while fulfilling your order, picked and shipped the wrong item.

Instructions for Wrong Item Shipped

If TrendTex shipped the wrong item in error, please follow these steps:

Step 1:

Inspect items received and confirm that the incorrect item was shipped in error. Compare item received to your website order that was emailed at time of placing your web order.

Step 2:

If you received the incorrect item, email the following to support@trendtexfabrics.com
Web Order number (that would have been emailed to you at time of placing your order)
Picture of the incorrect item(s) received
Description of which item(s) were incorrect

Step 3

Upon receiving your email, TrendTex will verify the incorrect item was shipped. Once verified, TrendTex will email you a prepaid Canada Post shipping label to return the incorrect item.

Pack your item(s) securely, following the instructions on the paperwork that will be emailed to you. Once the fabric has been returned to TrendTex in its original, unaltered condition, we will ship out the correct item that was ordered on your original web order.

TrendTex will ship out the corrected missing item. In the event TrendTex is not able to correct the missing item returned, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
