How does the TrendTex Partnership Program work?

When you make a purchase on shop.tendtexfabrics.com and choose your favourite quilt shop at check-out, that shop receives a significant portion of the purchase.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, Canada Post will ship to a PO Box.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

My payment has failed, what do I do?

Check with your bank first and ensure there are no issues with the credit card. If the issue persists, please contact support@trendtexfabrics.com and we will resolve the issue.

Is the item I ordered in stock?

All items listed on the website are in stock and ready to ship.

Can I ship to an address that is different to the billing address?

Yes, just select ‘Ship to a Different Address’ on the billing screen and you can input the alternate delivery address.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations. Please visit the Shipping & Returns Policy.

Can I place an order on the phone?

No, we can only accept online orders.

What is the minimum purchase requirement? What increments do you sell them in?

The minimum order is 1 meter with 0.25 meter increments.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on all order over $149.00 before tax! If your order is under $149.00, a flat rate of $15.00 applies for all shipments anywhere in Canada.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Our warehouse is not open to the public so all orders are shipped regardless of location. However, you can choose in-store pickup and retrieve your order from your local quilt store. Just choose “In-Store Pickup” when checking out.

Will you special order an item for me? Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Items sold on shop.trendtexfabrics.com are in stock only. We are unable to special order items. Please contact your local quilt store to place a special order.

Can I order an entire bolt?

Yes! You can order any length 1 meter and over.

Will you ship internationally?

We can only ship to Canadian addresses.
